Right of withdrawal

The song is digital content created to order based on your details. Before payment you expressly request immediate delivery and confirm that you have been informed that you lose the right of withdrawal. After delivery, it is therefore not possible to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

When you can file a complaint

• the song was not delivered within [number] days of payment,
• the file cannot be played or is damaged,
• the song clearly does not match your order, for example it is in a different language or style than selected, or the given name is missing.

Subjective dissatisfaction with the melody, voice or artistic result is not a defect, as the song is created by artificial intelligence and the result cannot be precisely determined in advance.

How to file a complaint

Write to us via the contact form or at [e-mail]. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We will handle your complaint without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest. Depending on the defect, we will create the song again or refund the price.
